If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Perishable and Custom Items

Flowers, cakes, handmade food items, and custom gifts are prepared for each order and may not be returnable unless there is a quality or fulfillment issue.
